Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our apps, Love, Gran: A Family Story and Ship Time: Texts from the Sea (each an "App," together the "Apps"), made by Willow Fables LLC ("Willow Fables," "we," "us"). By downloading or playing an App, you agree to these Terms for that App.

Using the Apps

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use our Apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment.

What you can't do

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on an App
• Reverse-engineer or decompile an App, except where the law specifically allows it
• Use an App for any commercial purpose without our written permission
• Interfere with an App's operation or attempt to bypass its ad or purchase systems

Ownership

Our Apps, including their stories, characters, art, audio, and code, are owned by Willow Fables LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Using an App doesn't give you ownership of any part of it.

Advertising and purchases

Our Apps may display ads served through Google AdMob and may offer optional in-app purchases in the future. Any purchases are subject to the terms of the app store (Google Play or the App Store) you downloaded the App from.

Age requirements

Love, Gran: A Family Story is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Ship Time: Texts from the Sea is a romance intended for players aged 16 and up and is not directed at children under 13 or intended for anyone under 16. If you are under the age required by your app store to accept these Terms on your own, a parent or guardian should review and agree to them on your behalf.

Disclaimer

Our Apps are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee an App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willow Fables LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Apps.

Changes to the Apps or these Terms

We may update our Apps or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we'll update the effective date above. Continuing to use an App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to an App if you violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
